(b) In agreeing to Waichiaopu representative

working independently in office in customs organization,

or

(c) In suitable foreign consular officer under-

taking work for Chinese Government.

I do not know of course whether any of these

suggestions would be acceptable either to Chinese Govern-

ment or Hongkong authorities.
